§ 30.21. INTERESTED PARTY PROHIBITED FROM VOTING, PARTICIPATING.

Any member or employee of any municipal board or agency and any official, officer or employee of the city who has a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract, transaction or decision of any board, agency, department or commission, to which the city is a party and which is not an interest which is shared in common by the public as a whole, shall refrain from voting upon, participating in or awarding the contract, transaction or decision in his capacity as a member or employee of any municipal board or agency, or in his capacity as an official, officer or employee of the city.
